Jenelle Osborne…
was elected to Lompoc City Council in November 2016 and Mayor in 2018, 2020, and 2022. At 57, she is a Texas transplant who has been a resident of Lompoc since 2000 with her husband, Jason Osborne, a physicist. Izzy, a Brittany Spaniel, joined the family in 2022. Jenelle has a Bachelor of Science in History with a focus on public administration, graduating summa cum laude, from Texas Woman’s University. As a small business owner since 2005, Jenelle provides event planning and professional organizing services. Her service on various committees and commissions across the local, state, and national level has been vital to Lompoc’s recent improvements and change via her advocacy and relationships across all levels of government.
